good 22 semi for a lefty?

i'm tired of being sprayed by hot casings. any ideas on a good 22 semi for a left handed shooter?

I have 3 Marlin model 60's. None of them give me any issue with being hit with casings or any blow back even shooting into the wind. They have all been great shooters right out of the box as well.

I haven't been hit by brass from any semi 22 that I've fired. Ever. Which one in particular was giving you trouble?

have you tried a slip on recoil pad?- that increases your lop by about an inch and takes your face away from the ejection port- i've been shooting over 40 years and the ONLY time i run into this is when people are climbing the stock in the wrist area- and i've got a few in my stable-including a FOLDING 10/22 whose buttstock is too darned short- you could also put a pussy pad on your shoulder to accomplish much the same effect

I have a 597 and I never get brass. Had a 10/22 and it was the same deal. The only problem is sometimes when firing the 10/22 rapidly I get a bit of residues in the face.

They pop up on the EE every few months for around $400 shipped.

I've been shooting my 10-22 for over 15 years and have never been hit in the face by brass.

not it in the face with brass, but i shoot bench and the hot cases are frequently rolling by my right arm. was shooting old mossberg and stevens semi's. bought a marlin 60 friday so hopefully it'll fix this problem. thanks guys
