Good 22lr bulk ammo?

Federal American Eagle .22 - 40gr are great for my 10/22 semi, 2 FTF out of 700 rounds my son fired, cost around $25 per 500 in VAN, no deals from dealer even for 10 x 500 lots. Winchester Wildcast 36gr was the worst (IMO), 4-5 FTF out of 100 in SEMI, even in my .22 bolt action, it still FTF about 2/100.

i have found the winchester expert 22 36 gr hp to be good ammo .cycles good in my 10/22 and has good accurarcy.17.00$ for 500 at wally world.its all i shoot.
