Good Book on Bayonets?

Can anyone recommend a good book on bayonets (of the world)? I know many exist, and the subject is so vast that they are often specific to say German bayonets. I'm looking for a "starter" book that would cover a wide variety of countries and eras.

Most complete and up-to-date one is Atlas de la Baïllonnette de Collection by Jean-Pierre Vial. Volume 1 & 2, not sure is Volume 3 is published yet. It is an updated version of the old Kiesling books.

2) Bayonets of the World Vol 1-4" Kiesling
Above are out of print and expensive but very good.
3) "Bayonets From Janzen's Notebook" 100s of line drawings, dozens of countries, available on amazon.
