Very rarely any 'serious' markin... the tension is fully adjustable and so long as you have the right size collet there shouldn't be much of an issue. You CAN ruin a bullet, especially a light wall varmint round IF you crank down on it, but unless they are sealed with varnish or something you'll generally have pretty good luck. Some minor marks perhaps. If they are in THAT tight, the kinetic aint gonna get them out either. If you set the depth right and are careful it shouldn't be a prob.
The only thing a collet style wont do that a kinetic will is
1) deeply seated wadcutters
2) drive ya nuts whackin the damn thing on the floor.
