Good cross-slot 30mm. steel rings

Any suggestions for good solid quality Weaver-slot style steel rings that do not necessarily look like they're out to get your fingers with all their razor-sharp edges?
I don't particularly relish the modern "Mall Ninja Gung-Ho Sniper from Hell" look...

These are the most excellent ken Farrell steel rings in 30mm. Not exactly ninja warrior stuff....

I have Farrel, NF, and badger and I like the Farrel's the best.

I have used Farrel rings and had them crack but that was a while ago and apparently the issue is resolved and also find them a bit high.I have also used Leupold Mark 4, TPS and Richard Near's rings and consider Richard's rings as well as his bases the best out there, my opinion of course but Richard is here in Canada,his stuff is used all over the world with some pretty checked out guys and his customer service is second to none.

Farrell, Burris, Leupold all make wonderful products in both alloy and steel.

My personal faves are the Burris Sig ZEE rings.
