Just wanted to post about my good experience with SFRC.
I purchased a Norinco 12.5 mag fed shotgun that unfortunately had a problem with feeding that made it unusable (that's another story.) My first thought was OH No, this will be a pain to resolve. I fired off an email asking what to do and followed up with a phone call. I was very happy to be reassured that SFRC would deal with it and replace the firearm (they'd seen a few Norinco's with the same problem.)
After a small wait I received a replacement Norinco via Canada post and returned the defective firearm using the same packaging. It was basically painless and I'm a happy customer.
It's easy to look good when everything goes well. In this case SFRC was great when dealing with a problem That's good customer service.
