The other day, I went out to Bass Pro at Calgary and spent the afternoon wandering around. I decided to buy a Lyman T-Mag II press. The young clerk took off to find one in a box. He returns and tells me they are supposed to have two in boxes, but he can't find one. He looks for a while longer. Another older clerk joins the hunt. Still no luck. A third young clerk asks me if I need help with anything. I tell him what the deal is. Finally, the older fellow agrees that taking the display model is the way to go. Clerk #1 finds a wrench and I'm all fixed up. All three were very pleasant to deal with, and spent a goodly amount of time searching. They explained that "Receiving is putting away stock and now we can't find anything".
Just figured a positive review was in order. BTW, I did place a WTB for a new press in the EE - not a reply.
