Good FSB mount for light on AR

Does anyone know where I can get something similar to the Colt Canada TRI-AD 1TM MIL-STD-1913 accessory mount?

I don't want to spend a tone of money but want to mount a light to my AR on the FSB.

Anyone found a good sturdy way on the cheap?

Good heavens, why would you want to have that piece of junk on your rifle. There are lots of different options and I would strongly recommend against the triad. It is heavy and changes the balance of the rifle.

The cheapest way to mount a light is to get the 1913 rail that attaches to the bottom of a standard handguard. Not the strongest but works.

Ideally I'd like to attach it to the FSB at the 3 o'clock position

Midwest Industries MCTAR-01, that's what I'am running on mine right now,until I can get hold of a GG&G-1239 mil-std tactical illuminator forarm mounting rail.

With a surefire G-2 in a VLTOR scout mount.

Picked mine up from Wolverine, [banner at top], Another one you might want to look at,but harder to get up here,Is the GG&G SLiC Thing,it's like the MI MCTAR-01,But has a sling on the one side ,if you need it.
