Good gunsmith in Winnipeg?

Does anyone know of a good gunsmith in or around Winnipeg who could
rivet a new extractor in a Remmy Model 700

Gene's gunsnithing. Look in the Lockport or Selkirk part of the phone book. Sorry I don't have one handy at the moment.
 
You can try Lyle Linkaitis
He builds accurate rifles and just opened up
"Ultimate Acuracy"and has picked up the Remington
warranty among others. great guy cant recomend fim enough
built 3 rifles for mein the last year.

Just out of curiosity are these guys still In business ? There was a thread a while back indicateting the quite.:confused:

he was ill for a while,not sure if he's still at it?
 
Other then being backed up with jobs Lyle seems to do good work, tried calling Gene before going to Lyle but there was no answer, althought I had called a few minutes after regular hours so maybe he was done for the day.
