I just wanted to pass on my experience with buying some stuff from Dave at hical.ca.

I bought a buncha stuff, took up a nice bit of his time getting him to explain stuff to me, he took a lot of his time giving me his thoughts about what he thought would suit my needs. I felt I got some great information, from an experienced guy. (if he aint experienced then hes one HELL of a salesman haha j/k) I was told not to hesitate to call if I needed help with installing these parts, or if I needed anything at all. (I didnt, I actually dug up a picture on google, and used a little common sense, and found that the sr-22 is simple as pie to take apart)

As for the products he sold me, time will tell how they end up being, but it sure was easy on the pocketbook. (bought a couple of promag 25 capacity mags, a cheapy red dot to get me started, a recoil buffer, auto bolt release, and extended mag release) Products were shipped out fast, arrived fast.

Anyways I just wanted to pass on the good experience I had dealing with hical, and when I feel like I need to add more stuff on to one of my rifles, I will definately be checking his site out.

Looks like Dave has lots of good stuff on his site. Nice to have someone that knows there stuff and is willing to help out.

Another great place to pick up parts or get some advice (if you've got a fixer-upper) is the Saskatoon Gun Shoppe, obviously in Saskatoon. They are more of a hunting rifle/shotgun type place, but have had any and every part I have needed from an Ithica 37 to Cooey 600 to Remington 700 to Winchest 94 AE.
