I'm from the southeast corner of the province.. but I'm going to find myself in Edmonton for a couple of days. Be picking up a new to me rifle in 223.. I've never played with such a thing. Hence I have no stocks of ammunition.
Any good spots to pick up a goodly amount... not looking for a crate or something silly...maybe a hundred rounds of something suitable for good reloading brass?
Need a bit casting and reloading gear too if a store comes to mind.
Regards

Well, the EE has had a surgence off .223 amm in the last few days.
Alberta has been well represented with ammo in your stomping grounds.
There also has been a fair bit of .223 reloading components as well.
Primers and Powder .... you know that story, but it is available.
BLC-2 was a very good powder and small rifle primers of the Federal brand along with RCBS dies.
Just tossing out some observations and opinions tokguy.
What rifle you get ??
Tight Groups !
