good powders for 22 hornet?

i have lil gun and h110 which i have yet to do much with. i've heard win 296 and h 4227 are also good. any other good powders? also, here in winnipeg, i cannot find 45 gr noslers, who sells these in manitoba, or in the rest of the country?

You've pretty well covered the best powders. 2400 is another one that worked well, but it's been out-classed by Lil' Gun and W296.

I use 10.0 GR of IMR 4198 and a 40 gr hornady V Max bullet in my 340 Sav. I have never shot it over the bench yet , but the gophers don't like the load out at the 125 yd mark!! Haven't really tried anything else in it yet .

Hornet loads

I use 12.2 gr Lil'gun with 40/45 gr bullets (Nosler or Hornady) and it is the best Load I have found for accuracy after much testing! Lil'gun is a very low pressure powder, and not easilly abused. I am just experimenting with a 55 gr bullet for my 77/22 Hornet, and getting some interesting results!
