Wondering if anyone has, or knows of a good leather or neoprene cheek pad that will slip onto a stock. I have an A-bolt medallion, and I find that with the stock design I don't have enough cheek weld. So before I look into a completely new stock, I was wondering if there are any good slip on pads. Leather would be ideal as it would look and feel nicer, but I imagine that neoprene may fit better. I don't want anything that slips and slides, and I know that asking for that from anything that slips on is a far reach. So whats available?

The ones from www.cheeknstock.com in Oregon look like a good product. Haven't bought one yet myself so can't say from personal experience, though.

I've tried thes Beartooth pads Jordan Smith suggested - I have one on a .222 Brno Fox as it has high rings - and they do work as long as you don't need too much rise, otherwise they get pretty clunky-looking since the foam inserts are not "feathered" at the edges. If they offered various thicknesses of tapered soft neoprene inserts that were really sculpted to the contour of the stock, rather than just chunks of foam, I'd like them better.

However, others seem to like them, so as usual, "YMMV."
