good rifled shotgun under $700??

Hey everybody. Hows it going? Well it certainly has been a while since I hacve been on here. Well to the question. My fantastic wife has said that I could buy a ne rifled shotgun for my fortyeth birthday. I am not fillthy rich like the rest of you so my budget is $700. What would be a good rifled shotgun to buy for that money?? Right now I am leaning towards the Blackshadow with the cantaliver. Although I do not totally like the idea that the success of my hunt is at the mercy of a foggy scope. Any opinions would be appreciated. I have used winchester for at least 25 years and it has never been let down. BUT if there is something better around I would not mind hearing about it.

What type of hunting are you going to use it for? What kind of weather (wet, cold etc.)

well mainly in Ontario for deer. Weather here is usually a mixed bag ,rain,snow,sleet,drizzle,and some times sun.

look at elwood epps website he has got some remingtons from another gun stores close out and i am sure there were some shotguns with deer barrels ion there and the prices were very reasonable probably enough left in the budget for a scope!! yay!
