Post your favourite sausage maker here. And what you like about them. i use biggar sausage and more and skippys meats in handel

I use my kitchen.

Halford's Hides in Edmonton, for the supplies.

Better than anything I've bought (except, maybe, the Hungarian sausages from Coronado Meats, outside Edmonton).

ottenbreit sausage from grayson is good

a few years ago there was a place in weyburn that had excellent jerky but they burnt down and never rebuilt as far as i know

a friend makes the best deer sausage i have ever tried

Horizon meats in Maryfeild do a great job, but the jerky is expensive. Also Butcher Boy in regina made the best elk sausage I've ever had.

Depends what area you are talking about. In Yorkton I use Sabre Meats and have always had good products from them. In my Estevan area I used Brent Vilcu out of Griffin. Awesome sausage every time. Lots of variety to suit everyones tastes and he isn't scared to show you his recipes just in case you want to tackle the job yourself lol.
