Good scope for Ruger 10/22 Archangel Nomad?

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a entry level scope for my Ruger with the nomad kit. Looking for something that is mounted low. I heard red dot can effect your vision of the target when your shooting long range. I don't want to spend a ton but also don't want a useless purchase hanging off my gun. my budget is $50-$150. I want something reliable and easy to zero in, something that can be used for 25 yard to 100+. I am not sure if this is to much to ask for my budget but any info is appreciated.

I found a steal on ebay Bushnell 4x32mm. Kind of jumped the gun but they had an awesome review for .22 rimfire. Anyone have an input regarding this scope?
