Not to bad for my 11 year old grandson.

The rifle was actually wearing a Bushnell 4200 4 - 16 SF (different from the photo) set at 16 power. Temperature was about 3 degrees. He was under two inches at 200 metres but is pretty keen on the 300 yard range. The load is a Sierra 85 Grain HPBT with 38.0 grains of IMR 4064 which is the Hunting Load from the Sierra Manual.

Looks like Aidan has 300 yards mastered. Better get him out to 600. Great shooting.

I'l have to show my own son, Aedan, what he should be aiming for by age 11.

This is why I go to the range alone and leave the women and children at home.

Of course, I can shoot better than that! I would love to show you the target too, but the dog ate it...
