Good shotgun plinking round and where to get it?

What round do most of you use to shoot water jugs or fruits under 50m? Wheres a good place to get bulk shotgun ammo?

Not allowed to shoot fruits in Sask.....Bass Pro and Wholesale Sports still sell flats of Cheapo Topguns and Gun clubs for under $50/case.

I like the remington bulk packs 100 rnds for 20$ and you can get them in 5,6 and 71/2's. Also Lebaron here in ontario sells wichester slugs 10 for 6.94.

I went to lebaron today and picked up some #4, maybe a bit too small but for the price (60$ for 250) you cant beat it...

Slugs are too hard on the shoulder to plink around with hehehe
