Wheel weights or dig around your local range berm on a slow day. I can pick up couple pounds of lead there in 10 minutes

There's lots of scrap metal dealers around Winnipeg, just check the Yellow Pages.

A case of beer on a Friday afternoon and stop by Fountain Tire on Lag or Brookside will get you a 5 gal bucket of wheel weight...remember to have an empty bucket to swap with them.
