Good way to carry a shotgun in my truck?

Just bought myself a new f150 screw and looking for a place or way to carry a shotgun in it for my truck gun. Preferable out of site.

Trigger locked, unloaded, under a cheap grey blanket behind the seats.

That's what I do in my Tacoma Access cabs.

I picked up an electronic shotgun lock like you have in police cars, behind my rear seat out of sight. Perfect.

As long as it's unloaded (always) and out of sight (when the truck is left unattended at minimum), you're good to go! Anything else is just added security but isn't required by law. Mine is rolled in a grey fire blanket, under the backseats, mags stay in a compartment.
