"Good Win Bullets" - Heard of them?

I just picked up a fews boxes of bullets marked "Good Win Bullets"

Anyone know of them? I believe they are from ON or QC.

Just curious.

I believe it was from a small opperation based out of a guys garage in Ottawa.
Dont think he is still making bullets anymore.
The few i saw that a friend of mine got as samples looked good,
but he mentioned the rifle ones were a bit soft.
