, and I took the time to goof around with some lights on some of my railed firearms (which, admittedly, I've not got too many of!).....
Oh yes, the cell-phone-camera pictures are utterly horrid...

The sight-picture through the scope was perfectly "clean", by the way....
Oh, one more pseudo-related thing: in the dark, Tech-Sights (peep sights) on a 10/22 with an underbarrel flashlight are utterly grin-inducing.
