Goose/duck loads for a 20Ga 2.75?

I use a 3" 20 ga with great success. If you are willing to spend the cash for HD shells it will work fine for ducks, but I would want 3" with 1-1/16 to 1-1/8 oz for geese. I tend to shoot at 15-30 yds with steel 4s Kent general purpose and up to 40 yds with Winchester HD shot for ducks and geese (all 3" of coarse).

The going rate for HD shells this year is $30-$40 per box of 10 which is outrageous to me so I expect to be getting some ITX from Ballistics Products if they can still ship to Canada. Loading my own should bring it down under $20 for 10. Will still buy Kent steel though.
