Got a call from ct today telling me my SKS that I had bought there had the potential of going full auto and that it should be returned to the RCMP's' a for inspection ... Wow .... Here we go!!!

The last firearm that I bought at Canadian Tire was in 1985. Wouldn't think of buying another from them.

Nice of them to call. Really, it is. But the instruction to take to RCMP is terrible. They should inform people they can inspect their own guns.

Are the rcmp going to get that guy to inspect them that did the interview saying he had never seen a gun like that before. What was that guys name?

I am sure he could inspect it and probably mistake it for a MG 34 or 42, or maybe a percussion Remington Gatling.

Every time you buy a gun or ammo they get you, just like evey other place that asks for your pal and put it into a computer , as you stand there.

i ve seen the ledger at CT and i run away but they never asked my card to get into a ledger for ammo, maybe an Ontarian rule?.

If they (CT) are concerned, they should have offered to pay to have a qualified gunsmith check it over- the RCMP???? What are they thinking?

That`s why I like going to WWS ,they take a looksee at my RPAL in front of me and hand it right back, no backdoor shinanigans !!

Last time at Cabelas ,the fellow took my card to the back room and came back a few minutes later with the card and paperwork.Not that I`m paranoid or give a rats arse ,but who knows what`s going on in the back room........hmmmmmmmm LOL

Bring your gun to the RCMP ,get right on that......NOT !!

Nope, nose was straight but his smile was crooked, told me he only had one nut,,, said he shot the other one off when his sks slamfired!!! Not sure why he shared that info!
