Gentlemen:

I have a Leupold fixed 12X adjustable Objective scope I wish to sell. It has the Leupold Factory tall target turrets with covers, and is in a gloss finish. One inch tube, there are a couple small ring marks in the finish. The lenses are clean with no scratches. The crosshair is a very fine duplex.

The scope is marked Made in USA, but does not have VXIII, etc. It comes with a 6" sunshade as well as Butler Creek flip up caps.

Any idea of what it should sell for? I see Cabellas sells them without the target turrets for $520 US.

this spring I put an older M8 12x AO on the EE here for $250 and it was gone on 10 minutes with 5 other PM's right behind it.

It had standard (hunting) turrets and friction adjustments but in decent shape.

The M8's are a lot less $$ than the newer versions.

FYI, I bought one of these used for $500 a few years ago, and I'm not disappointed. Mine had a few customization features from the Leupold shop, however. It had a fine target dot reticle and some extra elevation, I believe.

I wouldn't hesitate to ask $400 and be pretty firm on the price.

It's my favourite scope.
