Got my 590 barrel threaded

My mossberg 590 just came back from the gunsmith. Since they don't make 590 barrels with threads, i have got it threaded for different chokes. I have a cylinder bore tactical choke, to protect threads. A skeet choke (which is between improved and modified iirc), and a turkey choke which is closed more than full. I will keep my knoxx stock on, exept for that 1 weekend that i will be shooting turkeys. In that case i will put back original stock, for better access to safety switch. Enough babbling and here are the pics

Cool Who did you send it out to and how much if you don't mind me asking? I'm thinking about doing similar with my 590A1.

Nicely done, is it a 590a1 or just a 590? Wondering because of the barrel thickness for threading it.

Regular 590, that is why the choice of choke brand, it seems they are the only ones that work on thin barrels

Good stuff, I`m heading up to Tac Ord tomorrow to drop off 2 barrels for chokes systems.
