Got my first 25/25 today!

Congratulations, of course. But that's the trouble with American Skeet... it's a game of counting losses! Competitions can run >200 straight, basically "first loss and you're out". With Sporting Clay you (or at least I!) don't get a clear round, you are always trying to better last time's score. Similarly with International (skeet), only a very few shooters can run 25 straight - when I shoot it I am very happy to get 20/25!
BTW, both International and Sporting are shot "gun down", that's proper shotgunning!

I never shot a 25 straight. I shot trap for several years and got to the point of shooting 22's, 23's.
One day I went to the club and shot 4 rounds.
24 24 24 24

Sold my shotgun & gave up trap.
 
My hat got shot today. :)
