Got my new barrel today

My 16.5'' fluted green mountain barrel came in today. All I can say is I'm impressed!

I can't wait to get it out and see how it shoots.

I also can't wait until my revival stock arrives as well.

The gophers are gonna hate me next year!

It does look bent. I think its the flutes. They don't run even on the barrel.

I just put a straight edge on her just to make sure. I think it's okay.

I once had the same barrel in stainless and it shot quite well. I think you'll be pleased.

Shot it today and I'm impressed!

I didn't get too much time with all the other people at the range but I got a couple of mags off at the 25 50 and 100. This thing is scary accurate!

It will group dime size groups at 25, quarters at 50 and just over an inch at 100.

This is with the carbine stock that is opened up. I can't wait to see what it will do with the revival stock and some good bedding.
