Well I had the itch all day today, to foggy to hunt in the am, so took my boy to a party got home early so I went for walk saw this guy about what I thought was 150 -175 meters, turned out to be about 220 Dropped him where he stood with my rem 700 30.06 180 grain over the shelf cheap ammo. Put one round in his lower neck. He was about 310 lbs before field dressing

The photo that could be misconstrued for evidence of poaching. I would learn to use the camera or edit the photo to erase the date before posting on the internet.
I know of a case where a fella proudly posted his photos of an inspected Bighorn Sheep. Some people questioned the inspectors call on whether it was legal or not. A 'recount' was done and the man lost his sheep and is being charged with harvesting an illegal animal.
Be careful what you do on the internet.

I would go to court in a flash.... MY wife works for the DOJ in AB and the Fish and wild life guys would not stan a chance in court.
