Got reference #

I'm new to buying a restricted firearm so please forgive me if this has been asked before.

Paid off my M&P9 tonight, and the Store called me about 10 minutes ago to give me my reference number. Now I understand that I phone the CFO about this but is this number for the transferring to my name or is it for my STATT?

Call the CFO with the reference # to complete the transfer,they will ask for your info and what you will be using the gun for(target shooting) then you call back and ask for your ATT to bring it home. In Winnipeg it usually takes a half hour or so.
