got this holster given to me today


its only marked adams 1940 no other marks has the belt loop on back and the shoulder strap no damage

looking for ID of what it is and value?

Looks like a holster for a flare gun. Value? Maybe around $50? Maybe more $ to someone looking for an early war flare gun holster?

Specifically, British flare gun holster. Came in leather and a web version.

Adams Brothers was a Canadian company IIRC. They made a lot of leather products in WW1. I would assume that ADAMS on this holster is likely the same company.
