Best value for 'shooters' you can find....looking through my gun cabinet, almost ALL if my hunting rifles are milsurps....some restocked, all refinished , most drilled and tapped for scopes or peep sights.Great shooters, accurate and cost me a fraction of a production rifle, and provided many happy hours restoring to a fine rifle, some over 100 years old, going back to the Rolling Block sporterized in the 1800's....and my Parker Hale 303's and Husky Swedes 65x55 are excellent examples of what 'bubba' can do...picked up a nice Swiss K11 in excellent condition for $100 just because it was drilled and tapped.....built like a sewing machine...
And before the snotty nosed purists choke on their spittle, ALL of these milsurps had already lost their virginity, they have no collector value , all I am doing us cleaning them up, refurbishing them...and SHOOTING them, which, correct me if I'm wrong,is what they were INTENDED for .
