Government E-Petition Sponsored by MP Glen Motz RE: Firearms - NOW CLOSED

I'm not sure if this has been raised, but retailers and clubs could potentially offer incentives for people to sign, as it's in their best interest as well. $5 off with signing the petition, 5% off, what have you.

Thoughts?

Canadian firearms owners are so pathetic. Estimated 2.2 million PAL/RPAL holders, 81,999 e-signatures, at 49 per hour will take 43,224 hours to get to 2.2 million.

It's sad that a lot of firearms owners have no clue that this is happening, or assume it won't affect them.

Couldn't agree with you more. But you put some mentally unstable girl spewing off about climate change and Canadians by the 100's of thousands flock all over her.

We can only hope that Bill Blair and Justin Trudeau will realize that they are targeting the wrong people.

We should mention that e-1923 was open for signatures for four months and received heavy distribution through funded advertising: CLICK HERE to view e-1923

Meanwhile, www.e2341.ca was open for signatures for two months. No advertising was purchased. It was a true grassroots movement.

Canadians are speaking loudly. It's best the government listen.

Thank you to Brad Manysiak for starting this petition and to Glen Motz, MP for sponsoring it.

And, thank you to all Canadians who believe in the democratic process for signing it.

Keep writing letters to your MP and visit them in their constituency office.
