Government Shooting Program

My shooting instructor mentioned something about the government (federal I assume) running a program where if you submit targets you can move up in rank in a 'gold star' sort of system. (with levels etc.)
Just wondering because I can get high school grad credits if I am in the program.

The shooting council of Canada runs a "Quest for Gold" program. You might try contacting the CSSA or the SFC.
