Gp 100 6 0'clock?

Hey I noticed that Ruger recommends a 6 o'clock hold. I like to hold just below the bull. While at the range I adjusted the rear all the way to the bottom and got 38 special bang on, however the mag loads printed high. (both 158 gr) Has anybody got enough adjustment out of theirs? Are taller front sights available?

My 4 inch is a bit short on adjustment and as for a taller front sight I think were sol.

It seems that we have some options, rugged steel rough country from Bowen Classic Arm.
The redhawks apparently are taller as well

I had to adjust my rear sight quite a bit to hit POA @ 25m, but I had left over adjustment. GP 100 4.2" is what I have.

The 6 inch i had and now my 4.2 inch both
hold at six oclock with light and heavy loads.

Thanks guys, at least I'm not crazy then. Gonna look into a taller front after I test my handloads.

I never cared for a six o'clock hold, I prefer the POI to be right on top of my front sight.
