Just got the GP100. This is a bit of a misfit family, but I believe it is coming along well. I kind of surprised myself getting the .357 before a 1911 in .45, but I think the GP100 will be a lot of fun and very different then my two other handguns.

My collection is based on variety and I love the diversity. I have a few duplicates and usually one gets used and the other collects dust. That's no way for a gun to live.

Nice I just picked up a 4.25" GP100 Tuesday and had it out at IDPA practice Wednesday.

How is the trigger on yours? Mine seems just fine, I had ordered a set of Wolff springs for it before the transfer was finished because I kept reading about how heavy they are - mine pulls clean and smooth right through, subjectively feels as light as a Smith.

GP100's must only be bought, never sold. Finest shooting gun/caliber combo I've ever played with. If you sell one, it rips a piece of your soul away and leaves with with an emptyness that can never be filled.

Just had the GP100 out for the first time tonight.

I was shooting .357 hollow point PMC. Is this stuff re-loadable? photos of ammo are on the first page. I kept it since I am thinking about "getting into" reloading(any advice for where to start?).

I did not have to make any adjustments to the sights. For how well I can shoot (not very well) it was good enough. I did pretty good for single action compared to my G17 accuracy and consistency. Double action was comparable to my current G17 consistency. Double action is a very very heavy pull. I want to master it!

It's been about a month since I had the Glock out.. but the recoil from the GP100(6") did not seem any more then what I remember from the Glock's.

Very awesomely, badass, fun revolver.
