Here's mine with a Hogue Cocobolo Monogrip. Same shape as the stock rubber ones but just slightly bigger.

I got a Redhawk, which takes slightly different grips, that I put some Nill Griffe's on. I think they look great and I believe they make them for the GP100 as well.

I should have mentioned that I am not a big fan of finger groove grips. I do enjoy fine wood.

What are my options?

Get someone to custom make a set for you out of a true custom piece of wood. Not a generic piece of "coco bolo".
