gp100 ruger front sight

I'm looking for a different front sight for my gp100 357 mag 6.5" barrel. I've tried painting the OEM front sight (even with wife's nailpolish) but gun cleaner removes everything.
Does anyone have ideas or know where/what I could buy online?

I saw all kinds of accessories on the Ruger website. Sights, grips etc. You must be able to purchase directly from them or any dealer that carries their products. Look for "accessorize your GP100" on the right side of the web page. I may end up doing the same thing!

Ruger USA may not sell to you directly, but you can buy parts through a Canadian dist. I just ordered a new front sight for my ruger. Here is a list of the Canadian distributors.

try ordering thru Brownells, they have some Ruger accessories.

Brownells will not sell to you unless you are a dealer .. I had a red insert Redhawk sight ordered by Epps in Orrilia. It fits and works great

Beaver Bob, don't know about where to get what you are looking for, but in meantime, try painting the sight with liquid paper, it lasts longer.
