Used the Forster brush kit like New Camper's pic for around 35yrs now, Lyman makes one as well. It does make a noticeable difference on withdrawing the brass from the sizing die. It isn't messy, and has the advantage of being a one step neck brush setup. They are say 20.00 to buy one, the brushes are good ones, last forever, the pack of graphite that comes with it will last for years. I have bought one replacement in 35 yrs to add a bit to it once. I lube the case bodies, then dip/brush before inserting in the die. I often only dip about every 3rd case, depends on the sizing button, some seem to need every one dipped, they all get brushed, the dry lube seems to stick to the sizing button about that long, you can feel it on the upstroke to begin with.
