Don't know if it's been said before but for those like me who lives far far away from the M1A/M305 gurus and have trouble getting one of those curved tip syringe, try your local veterinarian.

My parents have a small farm and their farm animal vet clinic have those 12CC curved tip syringe for only 1$ each.

3.60$ at lee valley... Kinda make more sense just to see the vet.

And we don't have this store around here either... But I guess it's an option for those who don't have vet clinics around.

You really shouldn't need a special tool to apply grease, but if you're not on a farm, your local TSC might have such a thing.

I don't bother with those goofy syringes.... And have, for all these years, managed to grease my rifles and other firearms just fine without them. Just another gizmo to clutter the bench.

They actually work excellent and put the grease right where you want it, without getting your hands dirty.

And I'm sure a little syringe like that is hardly 'cluttering' your bench.. If it is... Well, Your bench is too small or you already have a cluttered bench.

At the end of the day if you have one, or can get one easy, it's handy and saves some time. If not it's no big deal and you can do without it. I just got one and have yet to use it.
