Just gave them a call at 1 800 553 8000 to buy a pair of expander decapping rods, expander balls and decapping pins (it took bending/breaking the two of them for me to realize that a berdan primed piece of brass got mixed in.) doh...

anyways, short wait time on the phone, the guy just asked for my shipping address, to send me free replacement parts, and when i asked it i could get a few extra depriming pins, he said "no worries, im allready sending you five"

WOW! im so glad that i bought RCBS!!! I cant remember the last time ive gotten such great customer service.

Thanks RCBS!

Fully agree with you on that. I called them to replace some set screws from the locking ring that were peened when the dies arrived, and they sent me 3 plus a replacement locking ring "just in case" without any hassle. They are tops in my books.

Another reason for new reloaders to take a serious look at RCBS first. I've even lost stuff while moving and RCBS replaced the parts for free, even though they knew that I had lost the parts due to my own stupidity.

All I own for reloading is RCBS...I've never dealt with their customer service...but almost look forward to the day that I will encounter no hassle whatsoever!

I once bought a used RCBS 30-06 FL resizing die at a garage sale for $5.00. When I used it I noticed it burnished the brass just a bit, so decided to talk to RCBS to see if I could get it polished. Explained exactly how I had acquired this die, and my issues. Their response? Send us the die and 3 fired cases from your rifle, plus a couple that you have resized with the die. 3 weeks later, a brand new die arrived, custom made to give minimum resizing for the rifle I was using [still have and use it] What service! Second to none IMHO. I believe that US companies in general are better at pleasing the customer than are most Canadian outfits. At least that has been my experience. I buy RCBS without any qualms at all. Regards, Eagleye.

same here, they replaced the lock ring on a an old used set of dies.

Emailed again about breaking the screw cap on my inertial bullet puller (hammer) and they mailed me a replacement.

not much reason to buy anything else so far.

I had to have a chargemaster combo power dispenser replaced. No issues at all.

I still strictly to RCBS now with press case prep station, dies, tumbler, shell holders, powder dispenser, etc.

I dont own a trimmer so might have to look into one of those.
