Great customer service from Volquartsen

I made some inquiries to Volquartsen recently via email and I got a response from Scott Volquartsen himself. I was very suprised by the quickness and friendliness of the few emails we exchanged, and impressed that the owner replies to the emails himself.

We often hear of the bad customer service that people sometimes recieve, so I just wanted to mention the positive experience that I had.

Hell yeah, I have had multiple 10/22's and everyone of them (some even before being used for the first time) got a couple of Volq parts just to make my life easier. The Exact Edge extractor is hands down the best piece for a 10/22. If I had the money right now I would purchase a full rifle from them.

Yeah, I have many 10/22 also, and their parts are great. I am thinking to get their .17HMR semi-auto rifle. All the info I have gathered on it so far seems fantastic, and they even sell a 25 round mag for this .17HMR gun (similar to the Butler Creek ones).
