Hey, just wanted to share my experience.

I recently had a problem with the bolt not fully closing on a 5 year old cdx-r7 FCP. They responded to my email within 2 days. I sent them a few videos and pics and they asked to me send it in. This took about 3 days, primarily because I couldn't drag my rifle to work with me to troubleshoot with them.

In the mean time I also mentioned that the trigger (mine had an older dx2 v2 adjustable double stage) was feeling weird.

I sent it in on a Monday, they got it on Wed and replaced the bolt with a new one and the trigger under warranty! They asked me to pay for shipping which I gladly did! That is excellent customer service!
 
Ima add to the kudos here. I just received a new CDX-R7 LCP with a weirdly banjaxed bolt. Wouldn't insert, and I couldn't move the shroud to fix it. One email from Jamie at Cadex and done. Ten minutes.
