I was at Canadian Tire yesterday and they have 6" electronic calipers on sale for $14.99 Cannot see any difference between these and the ones I payed $80.00 for.
I have one of those calipers, only used it once and when I took it out last week and I turn it on, it still works but it blinks every 2 seconds so it's a ##### to look at. I changed the battery and still the same problem.

The batteries that they come with are crap. I bought a new battery that I was told is longer lasting and so far no blinking. Talk to the guy in the camera dept. at London Drugs.
