Great experience at Tenda

Jeneau, re-read the posts from me & Pete 1. Both negative. Actual experiences, and there are some above my post too.

Tenda is a retailer. Tenda customer service blows. What continues to surprise me is that no one at Tenda is reading/following these posts. Bad or good, or bad, their silence demonstrates their position. Customer Service counts. Repeat business is the life-blood of every business. Tenda customer service blows!

Excellent customer service means repeat business. Great businesses build great customer service, & make things that go wrong, right.

Just chiming in with another +1 for Tenda. I'm a pretty young guy and when I go to many gun shops I tend to get disregarded I assume because the clerks don't think I have much to spend & think that I'm tirekicking when I look at the more premium wares, and to be honest I understand it. However when I walked into Tenda for the first time their staff were exceedingly helpful and I walked out with a purchase. Not only that but they are now the first place I go to for all my needs. I'm not the type that cares to chit chat too much with staff but I was really impressed with how they do business in person.

Pete 1 & I are on the same page: First & last ever purchase.

Tenda is a retailer, only. You buy, they sell, that's it. Forget followup emails, they get ignored. Forget customer service, Tenda always defaults to the manufacturers warranty leaving you to blow in the wind by yourself.
Not Performance!

I've emailed Tenda 3 times over the course of a month inquiring about a firearm i wanted to purchase. No response to any of the emails ever.

Tenda has always been great to deal with in my experience. I've always gotten a tracking number and have even informed me when a gun that I wanted was going to be going on sale. They aren't great at answering emails but there are still these devices called telephones and they give service over the phone and answer any questions I've had, no problem.
