I ordered an H&K pistol online from FOC one week ago today. It was transferred and shipped the morning after I ordered and it arrived today. One week from order to my door on the other side of the country! I'm impressed! They'll definitely be getting more of my business!

I've had nothing but positive interactions, both in person, and online. They have some of the strongest web-based customer service I've experienced to date; likely attributed to youth and modern acumen. Would love to see them pilot a realtime customer service portal with video.
