I've ordered a couple of times, always received everything quickly and hassle free. My last purchase was a Butterfly Charging Handle. I installed it and it works fine. Then I received an email from TNA informing my there was a potential issue with the roll pins. If I had any problems I could contact them and they would send replacement roll pins. Pretty good customer service but as I had not had any issues I wasn't too concerned. This week I received some roll pins in the mail. I think that bumps them up from pretty good to excellent customer service in my books.
