Great First Experience

I recently made my first online purchase with Reliable during their Dec. 5th sale. The items were shipped surprisingly fast considering the magnitude of the sale and arrived the next day. Everything was securely packaged and showed up in good condition which is something I've found is not always the case with some online suppliers here on the forum. Upon further inspection I found a couple boxes of .22 ammo missing. When I called in to see what happened, I spoke with a fellow named Dan who was very courteous and helpful. He went on to explain that the ammo I wanted had sold out at some point during the flurry of sales, and that I had not been charged for the items. They also attempted to contact me about this before shipping but I hadn't checked my messages. I was very happy to hear that I could have another comparable box of ammo they still had in stock and that he would honour the sale price of the original boxes I had wanted. I received my new boxes in the mail the next day free of any additional shipping charge. Overall, I was very impressed with the personalized level of service I received especially during such a busy time. I look forward to making my next purchase at Reliable Gun thanks to Dan and the other fine folks that make this business stand out above the rest.

Agree....picked up my order yesterday after giving them a call. Guy by the name of York helped me get all the restricted stuff sorted, than spent the time going through the equipment. Was great, no attitudes just guys taking the time and was very much appreciated! Had questions about one of my other firearms and he gets me some help on the subject. About the only negative I have about the place is I couldn't leave without spending more money...oh well! Just my 2 cents...good people
