I've dealt with you guys a lot over the phone. I've actually talked with you enough that I almost feel like I know you. I normally deal with Guy, and sometimes Wolfgang for AR parts. This time it was Brent. Had a great conversation, never felt rushed, felt like I was talking to an old friend. Ordered a scope on Monday, and it was waiting for me when I got home from work today.

Don't know how you guys do it, but keep it up. Consistently some of the greatest service that I've ever received from any retailer.

I totally agree the customer service is amazing, never felt rush. I also had Brent and he really knows how to ask the right questions to make sure you get what you need.
