You can choose for some things. UPS or Canada Post. UPS does the ammo though. In Ontario I've had stuff in 3 days from them before. They are good.

I've done a lot of business with SFRC, they are by and far the best firearms dealer I have ever dealt with.
Their customer service is second to none and that goes a long long way.
Plus their prices are usually among the best in the country for anything they carry.
All around just good people down there!
